Terms of Service
Effective date: September 9, 2026
Welcome to Jolemeau. This is a personal project — a conversational AI called Jole — operated by Lezin Luc ("we," "us," "our"), an individual based in Texas, United States. By using Jolemeau, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Jolemeau is
Jolemeau is a website at jolemeau.com where you can chat with Jole, an AI assistant. Jole is powered by third-party language models (currently Groq's hosted models). Jole is a computer program. It is not a person, a therapist, a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial advisor.
Who can use Jolemeau
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jolemeau. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Jolemeau is currently intended for users in the United States and Canada. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
What Jole can and cannot do
Jole is designed to be a friendly, helpful assistant. It can answer questions, explain things, and have conversations in multiple languages. Jole makes mistakes. It sometimes gets facts wrong, makes things up, or gives bad advice. Do not rely on Jole for important decisions without checking the information yourself.
Jole is not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). If you have a medical, legal, or financial issue, consult a licensed professional.
What you can do
You can use Jolemeau to have conversations with Jole for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can share Jolemeau with friends and family.
What you cannot do
Please do not use Jolemeau to:
- Break the law or help someone else break the law
- Harm yourself or others, or plan to harm yourself or others

- Try to break, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- Automate use of Jolemeau (bots, scripts, scraping) without our written permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these rules.
